I'll chime in 2nd or 3rd... those are great prices let alone they are waterfront. My dream has always been to have a place here on Puget Sound (salt water). I'd need at least a million or more here, and that would be without all the cool amenities...

Jeff. Thanks. BTW, it's the community (and some properties) that are waterfront, not these homes for sale. They are, of course, water access and perhaps water view.

Aaron. I suspect that the same homes in TX would cost about half as much. That is usually the comparison.

Brenda. Don't know where you are, but the prices for homes in Aquia Harbour are not high by our averages.

Jack. My goodness, just write it and add a few photos and you'll have it done. Take a look at my posts about new home communities. That's my niche and I love them.

Rene'. That kind of waterfront is, indeed, pricy.

Hi Lenn-I am in San Antonio, TX. Generally, places with all those amenities and room for horses would be a little more elevated in price. Looks like a wonderful place to live :)!

Branda. This community is unique. Actually, it's close to the commuter train into D.C. and commutable to the Pentagon.
