Gorgeous lot Rita! I hope you sell it quickly! How far is it away from the water?

Rita - that seems like a real bargain - we couldn't touch anything for $11,000ish here.

The lake is just down the hill - probably a 5 minute walk.

That is not an error - the price is under $12,000. This is a chance to get a lot in a gated community with great amenities for a great price.

Amazing price for such a nice lot and in a gated community to boot! Plus it is so close to the lake.

Wooded lots are my favorite. I like the feeling of being in the country and not setting up on top of the world to see me.

Rita, Wow I can't believe how reasonable that lot is. How big is the property? I wasn't sure what .0913 meant. We do ours by square footage. It seems like quite a deal though. It is getting harder and harder to find people land at a reasonable price around here.

It isn't far to the lake or the community pool. Community pools are nice because you don't have to worry about the maintenance.

I like wooded lots too - the shade is nice, especially when it is hot like it has been the last couple of weeks.

It is a nice lot for a home. Carolina Trace is mostly primary residences although a few people do have a second home here.

These flyers fit on one page so they can be printed out. The tours now allow you to turn on the option to allow the tour to be shared on digg, del.icio.us, facebook, or stumbleupon. Hopefully that will help these tours to be shared more with others.
