5 Comments on Selling Your Melbourne Florida Home - If You Have to Ask if it Needs to Be Done, Then Do it!
Sandy ~ Great Post. I like the part where you tell them to look at the home through buyers eyes. I do the same when listing. I have met VERY few sellers willing to sell at rock bottom prices. I about had to beg a home owner the other day to let someone pressure wash the home and get all the ivy that has grown up on the house off.
Since there are probably 100 homes for every possible buyer at the moment, if you want to sell you will need to have your home be the best. Condition and Price. Great post Sandy.
Sandy the homes that are in the best condition and priced well go first I like your answer and the title of this post!
You are right on target. If a buyers asks, a buyer knows! Many options but few chosen...buyers are choosy!
Hi June, I think it's important for a seller to try and take a buyer's perspective when placing their home on the market. I'm with you - I've never met a seller that wanted to sell for a bargain basement price. They want top dollar, which is understandable - but the house needs to be in tip top shape then.
Gabe, It is about condition and price today, isn't it? The competition today is fierce, so buyers must make theirs stand out from the rest of them.
Thanks Mary, Show ready houses, priced right do go quickly in this market.
Gary, Great point - buyers are incredibly choosy today - more so than ever before and they want a bargain.
