Our tour ran on sunday 8/29, 9 to 12. We had 18 people on the bus. The ABC affiliate in CT did a story and rode on the bus.
In addition, Tom Marsh, the Independent Party candidate for governor, joined. He was very helpful and answered questions on the CT economy.
My agents were all able to connect with some well qualified buyers. These buyers probably would not have contacted the office, if not for the opportunity to see 7 houses in 2 hours.
We intend to keep the momentum going with additional advertising on the web, especially Facebook and Youtube. My son Rob did a good job of getting the photos and information on the best sites. You should check us out.
Our intention is to continue to offer the bus tour until the market picks up.
