Yardley Corners is a community of 148 townhomes built in Yardley by Realen Homes in 1985 between
Oxord Valley Road and Big Oak Road near the Oxford Oaks Shopping Center and the Oxford Valley Mall.
It is also conveniently located near Route 1 and I95. The townhomes are all approximately 1850 sq. ft.
with 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths, but some offer large lofts commonly used as a 4th bedroom,
others have basements, and they all either have a detached garage, or 2 parking spaces right in front of
the home. The Yardley Corners association fee is approximately $210 per month and includes Common
Area Maintenance, Exterior Building Maintenance, Lawn Maintenance, Snow and Trash Removal. Afton
