Whats going on out there in Real Estate land everyone???  Anyone having trouble getting their escrows to close due to the mortgage crisis (better know as the Credit Crisis)?   I mean, am I the only one who has had a recent escrow and then the Lender has not been shut down?? YIKES! Goodbye payday! 

 So here is the BIGGER question... What are you doing to get through this CRUNCH??? and What do you THINK will happen with the mortgage market in a few months?????  I feel as if I am becoming a quasi-expert on short-sales and REO properties! 

So how are YOU keeping from starving????  I just want to eat steak again for dinner! Geeez..more so, I just want to eat!
