Covered Bridge

From a recent trip coming home through Indiana we got to see some of the historic covered bridges that remain today.  It was one time that we actually took the time to stop and 'smell the roses' along the way.  We did not have to keep to a schedule that day!!  WOW.  I think I need another trip like that!!

Oh Wow! What a wonderful covered bridge. Your image brings back memories of my earlier days in New England.

Nice shot, hope you didn't have to climb down into the poison ivy to take it!

Barbara - I loved covered bridges.  Where is this covered bridge located?

This bridge is located near Eugene, Indiana in Vermillion County.  There is a cute little gift shop there also.

No poison ivy that day either!!  I can spot it a mile away.  I got lucky with my shot that day since I don't always do so great with the camera.

Thanks for the comments.
