Norma, I'm sure that philosophy will serve you well.
Wade - So far, so good...
Norma ~ so true, so true! Everyone's wants and needs different things, We need to be open to our client's needs and fulfill them. I think more often than not, you will start to see more past clients becoming clients again,
Norma, I have been in the Buyer's shoes for many years and have driven agents nuts, too. Consitency works for me. And, there are some clients that are difficult to work with, I kinda would like them to mosey on down the road...
Norma, a really good post; short, sweet and to the point. I think that "do on to others" or treat others as you would like to be treated attitude gets us so much further in life and business.
Dawn - Listening is a good skill to fine tune.
Bryan - I try to listen and hear what my buyers or sellers say is important to them--I often wondered if some agents ever heard what I said when I was a buyer or a seller.
Thanks Nick. Short and sweet works for me!
