It just shows that if you price acurately and can convince sellers not to add on $ to leave room for negotiation it will sell. I tell them list right and stick to your guns on the price. The buyers are out there. they look at everything and respond when its a fair value!

What was the selling price in comparison with the similar homes on the market. Was priced to sell fast? or you just lucky.

it was priced right where I reccomended to sell. of course it was part luck in that someone who wanted that type of house came along right away. but the point is when they did come they recognized it was priced fairly and that acted on it.
