If you hadn't read our previous blog for HUD M&M III, PEMCO Ltd., who has worked with HUD for over 10 years, was awarded an Asset Management Contract in 26 states! We are excited about the opportunity to grow as a nationwide company and are ready to take on the changes that are coming with HUD's M&M III model.
As we are making headway into the transition to HUD's M&M III model, our inner office management structure has been going through some changes as well. In the past, we contracted one single company to perform FHA Appraisals, however, we are looking to now contract several FHA Appraisers to ensure our price points are fair in the next contract.
