He’s talks about your thinking…and TO THINK IS TO CREATE, but does it around solutions for minimizing or reducing debt in a down economy, without breaking the bank!

I know, I know…most everyone wants to talk about foreclosures. REALLY? Why not start talking about alternatives to foreclosure… like short sales. It’s a very common, very sociably acceptable way to reduce debt, and sell underwater real estate. Lenders use them as LOSS MITIGATION tools, as the alternative many times is to lose the SHORTS(that’s where short sale comes from… ha ha) through foreclosure.

In fact, we’ve seen lenders lose as much as 28-36% at foreclosure, and even the government has gotten involved with things by promoting HAFA, and other programs for doing short sales better, faster and more effeciently.

I’m open to discussion on this, but I know that if we talk, you’ll see the same light that I do!
