Not the first time places have been called by the same name but in different locations. After all , there is Las Vegas, NM, Denver, ID, Alexandria, NM and in my city of Phoenix there are 10 cities by that name in the United States alone. Not surprising is that there is a Park 51 right here where I live far away from the controversial Park 51 in New York which you must know by now is an independent project led by Muslim Americans.
When Park 51 here in Arizona was first opened last year, I posted a Park 51 blog on AR to let my fellow Realtors know that it's a great place to meet clients, particularly if Verrado is where they want to live. Now everyone has found my blog, which I'm not complaining about. Some are disappointed because it has nothing to do with the building of a Mosque and others are delighted because they've found another place to meet on the west side of town. I even had the New York Times give me a call to interview me about Park 51. That led to an article posted on their digital edition titled Peace and Lattes at Park 51 drew more attention to Park 51 here in Verrado. I love it. I need more attention given to my blogs, both positive and negative. Believe it or not, I got a couple referrals as a result of it.
Who ever that said blogging is a waste of time?
