Here are the real estate sales for the various townships and boroughs in Mercer County, for single family homes in August, 2010.  I now have a running figure for each area for the last 12 months, so you can see progressive activity.  I can run a similar report for you of condo sales - just let me know if that is your interest. 

Summary

*Mercer County for 2010
203 homes sold in August, a decrease from the 220 homes sold in July.  444 homes sold in June, 247 homes sold in May, 228 homes sold in April, 242 homes sold in March, 116 homes sold in February, 167 homes sold in January.   Most areas showed a decrease in sales, but East Windsor, West Windsor, and Pennington had increases.  The high and low prices in most areas decreased also, although the small numbers in each township or borough are statistically not significant.  The average high price for August for the 11 areas was $573,845.  Average low price for August was $121,346.  Highest sale was in Princeton, and the lowest in Trenton.

*Hamilton Township Home Sales
36 homes sold in August, with a low price of $16,000, and a high of $439,900.
40 homes sold in July, with a low price of $36,000, and a high of $659,000.
89 homes sold in June, with a low price of $30,100, and a high of $975,000.
72 homes sold in May, with a low price of $36,000, and a high of $485,000.
63 homes sold in April, with a low price of $40,000, and a high of $550,000.
60 homes sold in March, with a low price of $42,500, and a high of $455,100.
32 homes sold in February, with a low price of $60,000, and a high of $475,000.
39 homes sold in January, with a low price of $117,500, and a high of $498,000.
51 homes sold in December, with a low price of $50,000, and a high of $367,000. 
90 homes sold in November, with a low price of $20,000 and a high of $505,000. 
There were 78 sales in October, 83 sales in September, 69 in August, 2009. 

*East Windsor Township Home Sales
14 homes sold in August, with a low price of $40,000, and a high of $420,000.
11 homes sold in July, with a low price of $48,000, and a high of $523,000.
30 homes sold in June, with a low price of $85,000, and a high of $514,000.
12 homes sold in May, with a low price of $40,000, and a high of $434,000.
13 homes sold in April, with a low price of $130,000, and a high of $592,000.
25 homes sold in March, with a low price of $27,000, and a high of $537,000.
3 homes sold in February, with a low price of $135,000, and a high of $270,000.
14 homes sold in January, with a low price of $19,000, and a high of $485,000.
22 homes sold in December, with a low price of $27,000 and a high of $485,000. 
21 homes sold in November, with a low price of $135,000 and a high of $554,000. 
There were 26 sales in October, 24 sales in September, 16 in August, 2009. 

*Robbinsville Township Home Sales
11 homes sold in August, with a low price of $159,750, and a high of $622,500.
14 homes sold in July, with a low price of $51,460, and a high of $550,000.
21 homes sold in June, with a low price of $11,000, and a high of $560,000.
15 homes sold in May, with a low price of $171,000, and a high of $618,000.
11 homes sold in April, with a low price of $83,283, and a high of $600,000.
18 homes sold in March, with a low price of $150,000, and a high of $625,000.
4 homes sold in February, with a low price of $170,000, and a high of $288,000.
8 homes sold in January, with a low price of $163,000, and a high of $475,000.
