Activerain Posting

By
Real Estate Agent with Century21 Integrity Group 2007

Has anyone one else had problems with Activerain just posting money on your account without calling and asking how you are doing and if you still want to keep your account active to be a Activerain Maker?  They just posted $39.00 to my Credit Card without asking and getting back to me as they promised they would, before any money got posted on my credit card!. Please be AWARE!

It seems to me that anyone that has your credit card number They just posts to your account without getting back to you and see if you want to continue and hope you never look at your credit card.  You must calendar their posts.

Sherry...call them tomorrow. Someone will answer you quickly.  It sounds to me like the Rainmaker fee??  Hope you get it resolved.

Sherry,

I see you are a Rainmaker. To be a rainmaker you received one month free and then it is a $39.00 fee. Could this be the fee? Check your active rain account and see if that is what it is for.

I can say that active rain does not just hit your credit card as mine has never been hit without my approval. I have been with active rain for years.

I actually have an issue with the community page charge. I was supposed to receive the grandfathered charge of $9 a month but was charged $19 instead. I need to call them as well.

Thanks, everyone, Yes I was on a Trial Period to be a RainMaker for 1 month and the account rep promised me he would get back to me before the end of the 30 day trial period ended.  I called his number 24/7?, but it has been disconnected.   Will call in the AM and let everyone know.  Like I said this is not the first company I have fell for the Trial Period and they never got back before the Trial ended.  I didn't learn my lesson the first or second time.  I fell for their sales pitch of being honest to get back to me, but I take the blame also, as Time Flys By?
