Layton Utah Infrared Home Inspector

Layton Utah now has it's first Infrared Certified Home Inspection Company

Infrared Technology used during a home inspection allows the most in-depth, informative, and advanced home inspection available. The public is quickly catching on to the amazing benefits provided by an Infrared Home and Building Inspection. Once a home buyer uses an Infrared Home Inspector there is little to no chance of them ever returning to the "peek an poke" flashlight inspections of the past.

Infrared Home Inspections are the same cost of a flashlight inspection yet offer nearly double the benefits. We are seeing many home inspectors holding back on buying infrared cameras due to the substantial costs of the equipment. A quality FLIR triple fusion Infrared Camera like the ones we use on every inspection at Power Check costs about $11k dollars. Yes, that's very expensive for something not required to do an inspection.

Your home is also very expensive and it can easily become much more expensive if your home inspector fails to identify a costly repair.  Before you buy a home you need to know everything you possibly can  about the property. The most informative home inspection available is a Utah Infrared Home Inspection.

Don't Take Chances With Your Investments

Power Check Infrared Home Inspections uses the most advanced inspection equipment and inspection procedures in the State of Utah, GUARANTEED!

That technology is incredible.  I think it would be fun to just have one for a day.  I would take it everywhere I went and probably think it was the neatest tool I had.

On the other hand, wow.  How much stuff do we really want pointed out at a home inspection?  People might only buy new homes after this is the standard.  Even new homes might not get a good grade.

Very intriguiing tool.

I wish this method was in existence years ago....it would have saved many people some serious issues than never were exposed by the naked eye.
