Coach's Corner by Chuck Roush

As September starts, the area schools are now back in session.  So please remember it is no longer acceptable to drive and use your cell phone in a school zone.

This year is the second year this law has been in effect.  So be sure to pay attention and avoid the $200 fine if you get caught driving while on your phone in a school zone.

Now that the schools are back in session, does that mean the peak summer buying and selling season in real estate is over and we can coast until next year?

Absolutely not!

Every month of every year, thousands of individuals and families in the Houston area close on homes.  Many people want to get into their new home before December 31st so they can claim the Homestead Exemption as of January 1st.

Now is the time to really ramp up the pace of your lead generation activities.  The business is there for the taking if you want to take it.

Now is the time to consider joining the Productivity Coaching program so you have some help being held accountable to your goals (or you have help establishing goals if you currently do not set goals).

Please take a few minutes to visit with me if you are looking for help.

There is no sense in waiting until next year when you can take action now and build a successful real estate business.
