This is a wonderful home with a fabulous view. The homeowners did not want to leave, but the economy and hard times forced them out. Because it was a short sale another neighborhood was saved from deterioration and abandonment that bank-owned properties create.

Short sales are not fun, but at the end of the day the rewards are many. To be able to lift the heavy burden of foreclosure off someone's shoulder cannot be described.
