Your nuts! I still have attorneys, brokers and clints that want signed hard copies. I once met a broker that said he had gone paperless, even for commercial, but he bought a pocket sized printer. We kill the paper, but we won't kill the deal.

David, we don't eliminate the hard copy unless you want to. You can still print a hard copy of the offer. If you use our offer system, the selling agent uploads a scanned copy of the offer to you just as they would in an email. You get this file, most likely a pdf file, in your account and you will get an email notification that the offer is there. You would still print it off to get signatures from your client.

The beauty of our system is that all of your files can be stored digitally and organized within your account, so you dont have to store physical copies if you dont want to. Plus for your offers, all of them can be stored and organized for easy review and access. No need for piles of paperwork and folders on your desk, in your briefcase, etc.
