Wonda is our family Boxer. She loves to go for rides in the car, as most dogs do. It has been a while since I posted any dog photo so I thought it was time. How cute is she? While I am talking about my pup, I thought I would give a shout out to the Nevada Humane Society, a great place to adopt your next pet!

If you are interested in adopting a dog or cat or maybe you want to adopt a bunny, the Nevada Humane Society has a pet for you. This "No Kill" animal shelter is located in Reno, Nevada and saves thousands of animals each year.

The Nevada Humane Society is located at 2825 Lonely Lane, Reno Nevada.

For questions on how to adopt, call 775-856-2000.

The Nevada Humane Society spayes or neuters all dogs and cats prior to adoptions. All cats and dogs are also vaccinated and micro chipped. Stop by and find your next pet ready and waiting for a car ride home.

Pam ~ My kids will come to the office with me every now and then, but they don't enjoy it like they did when they were five! But my dog always loves the car ride. As soon as it starts to get a bit cooler, she will get to go more often.

Juli ~ I have only heard this from one other person, their pup hated to go in the car. As long as they are happy at home then no worries. My dog hate being alone so I try to keep her happy by taking her for a ride or two a day!!

Hi Patty~ It never hurts to remind people to go their their local shelter to adopt. Rarely do you hear someone say they wished to never adopted, but many times we hear "I wish I had adopted from a shelter."

Terrie - What a beautiful girl. She looks so comfy and happy sitting in her seat watching the world go by. Two of my fur babies love car rides and get absolutely excited just hearing, "GO FOR A RIDE?". The other fur baby (GRetriever) doesn't much care for them and he just goes because the other two are going and he doesn't want to be left behind.
