Moe Joe's in Plainfield IL

By
Real Estate Agent with REMAX of Joliet

Walking into Moe Joe's Cajun & Caribbean Cuisine is definitely a place you want to visit if you enjoy New Orleans! The food is incredible and it is a fun atmosphere.

Some menu items:

Jambalaya - Gumbo - Calamari Creole - Southern Fried Green Pepper Rings, Southern Fried Crawfish Tails, Alligator Fricassee, Southern Fried Frog's Legs - Blackened Catfish

Food is awesome like I said.. but don't go there if you are on your lunch or in any type of hurry! My husband I went there tonight and were seated and ordered our food and an appetizer at 4:59 (I know this because my son had just texted me). Our appetizer of fried sweet potato fries came at 5:31! A half hour for an appetizer and the place was not busy. 15 minutes later we got our meals - nothing special that would require a long time to cook. So basically we got our main course 45 minutes after we ordered it. So don't expect anyone to be in a hurry at the restaurant because they are not fast at all!

But the food is really, really good!

Moe Joe's is located at 510 Lockport Street in Plainfield. They are open for lunch and dinner. THere is a serpate bar area and restaurant. Opens at 11am daily. Lots of great specials! Check them out at www.eatmoejoes.com
