There are a number of homes in various stages of construction at Portofino in Clayton. Steve Corker of Corker Enterprises in building a four bedroom Custom Home on Lot 7, listed for $415,000 and just down the road onLot 13 Neil Jarman with Jarman Homes is building an Energy Star Home listed for $486,000.

Lot 55 Portofino, Crosswinds There are two pre sales being finished, Lot 72 is being built By David Dozier of NC Custom Homes and Lot 55 is being built by Derek Evans with Crosswinds Custom Homes.

So there is a lot to see and of course the trails are the best. the pool is open and the club house will be done any day.
