Few real estate markets embrace open houses as Naples does. During the season, the plethora of emails I receive from agents advertising their open houses and agents looking for open houses to host are amazing and the season is right around the corner!
Because Naples is largely a second, third or fifth home community, a lot of people use open houses to get to know our Naples neighborhoods better. Potential Naples buyers check them out to research pricing, choose a Realtor to buy or sell and even choose a property.

The highest open house traffic areas though are those locations lining the beach, Port Royal, Coquina Sands, Moorings, Park Shore, Pelican Bay and even Vanderbilt Beach.
