The short version of reaching your demise. It's all under your control whether you know it or not. It's a harsh World out there try not to succomb to any of these irreparable behaviors:
1 - Don't call your customer back at the time you said you were going to.
2 - Always let your calls go to voicemail.
3 - Show up late for your appointments.
4 - Only provide half of the information requested when meeting with your customer.
5 - Alienate your office support personnel whenever possible.
6 - Avoid pointing the finger of blame towards yourself.
7 - Never pick up the tab for anything.
8 - Rehearse your top 5 excuses so that they seem plausible.
9 - Make "I don't know" your most repetitive response.
This should be plenty of excuses to send you on your way without any regret. I'll leave you with just 9 attributes that will be successful in ending most customer relationships. Good Luck!
