| Prairie Valley Road and Rosedale Avenue Progress Report

During the weeks of September 6th to September 20th
Rosedale Avenue North
Trees and shrubs are currently being planted in the landscape boulevards and medians. The remainder of the street signage will be installed soon. Street lights have arrived and will be installed in the following weeks.
Rosedale Avenue South
Sidewalks are now complete to the Shell Station. Medians are currently being installed and paver stones, topsoil, trees and shrubs will follow. Once the medians and paving stones are in street signs will be installed.
Our electrical contractor continues the installation of electrical cable.
Prairie Valley Road
Road works including sub grade preparation and base placement, from Atkinson Rd. to Giants Head Rd. continues and the contractor will continue to leave the Atkinson Rd. and PVR intersection intact and utilize Giants Head Rd. and Atkinson Rd. as a daytime detour while road building work proceeds on Prairie Valley Road.
Water works are wrapping up in the intersection of Prairie Vallley Road and Rosedale Avenue this week.
The new 750 mm diameter storm main will connect the Rosedale storm system into the existing outfall to Prairie Creek during the next week.
Installation of electrical ducts continues at the east end of Prairie Valley Road and work on the sewer main in the same area will follow.
