Buyers appreciate all the information they can get on an area they are interested in, and your market update will keep them updated on the market conditions in your area!

Leslie--I have just recently become more active in the blogging world and I understand hyperlocalism and what I should be doing.  However, I have put off posting local market activity because I have not mastered graphs and tables as many others have.  Seeing your information here in this simple, easy to read format gives me inspiration!

Phil: Realbird pays for itself and then some with just this feature even if you have corporate and personal websites. It's not perfect -- it pulls from googlebase, not the mls, but it serves it role in a blog post. (You're on a roll....are they holding a daily "featured" slot for you? Congrats, again. I got a little burnt on being creative, and needed to get out the work-a-day market reports. Maybe next week the muse will return).

Pat: I have messed with so many charts, table and graphs my head was hurting. And then I realized, this is a blog post, not a dissertation. I hope potential clients will call and ask for more detail!

Larry and Sheila: Thanks, I have finally settled down to about a dozen or so  subdivisions, and towns. I hope this approach works. Thanks for commenting.
