Why what lucky goats they are living on their own island. You wouldn't have to worry about me trying to feed or pet them though - they look pretty fierce with those horns.

Diane,

That is so unique. No mowing...just goats. I may have to look into that.

Diane, I have to be honest I was not expecting live goats to be on goat island.  That is a great way to control the vegetation and well with goats everything else.

Lee & Carol - They are lucky, view, food and water front home. What more could you ask for.

Rich, Marchel, Tony & Carcy If you look at the picture of the island, the trees limbs have all the leaves off of them from the distance it looks like they name been trimmed off.

Charles, it is a great place to live.  I spent a lot of time as a child in the Blue Ridge Mountains and your home is beautiful.

Diane, I wasn't expecting live goats either, but they seem to be doing a good job.

Hi Diane... Why can't we play with the goats?  It would be like a big petting zoo!  :)

Steve, there are three on the island and they get along well with each other. Thanks for stopping by.

Steve,  Some people think you can pet anything.  I would stay away from these guys.    :)

Diane, getting the goats to keep the grass trimmed is a great idea. I've often thought about having goats to mow my lawn!
