Southeast Texas Market?

I was hoping someone from the area between Houston and Beaumont could fill me in on how the market there is right now? I am origionally from that area (Dayton, TX) and considering moving back. Thanks for the help.

Hi Cameron, it depends on what area. Houston in general has about 5 months of inventory however in The Woodlands we are under 3 last I checked. Parts of Copperfield on the other hand are at about 22 months of inventory.

Overall, we are in a healthy market. Hope that helps!

If you are wanting to head back to Dayton...Kingwood/Atascocita is not doing too bad. I don't know about Dayton though.
