Yeah! You found my blog on Long Branch real estate, New Jersey 07740. There are quite a few opportunities for single family homes and oceanfront or ocean view condos and townhouses. One of my favorite new developments is located on Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch -- The Bluffs! The Bluffs is a high-end, luxury ocean front condominium development. Built by the Matzel and Mumford Company, most of the units were completed in the 2004 to 2006 timeframe. What's so special about The Bluffs? You've heard the phrase that "Nature isn't building any more beach front property nowadays." Folks that purchase (and invest) in these units are tapping into the exclusivity and beauty of living steps away from the Atlantic surf. Long Branch the community is also thriving. Between eclectic restaurants, hip shopping and Seven Presidents Park, there is always something going on in Long Branch. Long Branch possesses a vibe, a pulse that is very easy to sync with. More and more creative personalities are choosing Long Branch as their home. We know the comp's, the area and what attracts the successful buyer and seller to The Bluffs. There are three, four and five bedroom models to choose from.
