In addition to discussing the latest foreclosure rates, the video also offers tips for submitting an offer on a foreclosure, timelines and repairs. 

One tip that wasn't mentioned that I think is important -- especially in the Atlanta real estate market:

Many of the foreclosure homes are priced significantly BELOW market value in order to generate multiple offers on the property.  So if you are out looking at homes or condos with your real estate agent and find a property with a price that is too good to be true, sometimes it is.  Over the last 18 months it seems to be happening more often than not on the homes under $250,000.
