Although there was a slight increase from yesterday's closing rates- rates are still rock bottom.

Hi Kathleen, Brainerd Lakes area is so beautiful and now is a great time to buy. With the rates this low they have no where to go but up, time to get moving is right.

I agree I agree- and there are so many nice homes available.
