Yesterday was a busy day for us.  Our broker sponsored a float in the Iron County Fair Parade.  (The Iron County Fair is always held Labor Day weekend.)  So all of the agents in the office walked the Parade route handing out small US flags.  It was a lot of fun!  The only problem is that our photographer decided that sleeping was more fun than taking photos of us at the parade, so we didn't get any photos of that.

After the parade there was a car show in conjunction with the Fair and the Holiday.  Some friends of ours were the main sponsors.  It was a great show!  There were cars from the 1920's all of the way to some new cars.  I liked that there were a couple of cars that weren't quite restored, but the owner brought them out anyway. The photos that we took were with our phones, as it was right after the parade.

These are just 4 of the dozens of great cars at the car show.  It was a lot of fun, and I was amazed at the beauty and care that has gone into restoring these classic cars!

Tony - Sounded like you had an awesome Labor Day. Great pictures, I can't believe you took them with your phone.  Hopefully next year the camera man won't be sleeping during the parade.

I wish I were there.  I just love the old cars and get very excited when the local clubs display all of the old collector cars.  Hope you had a day full of fun and relaxation.

Leolinda, we did, and the car show was great, there were cars from every decade from the 1920's through a 2008 Roushe Mustang.  I could have spent all day there, if the owners would have let me touch any of the cars!

Debbie, I hope so!  We handed out over 1000 of them, so we hope that it was worth the cost!  Thanks, this is the first time that we have actually relied on the phone camera.  The car show is in Parowan about 20 miles from Cedar City, where we live, and our camera was.

Tony and Darcy, we usually have the older model cars in our parage as well, but didn't make the parade this year.  What camera did you use...great photos!

Sharon, Thank you, it is amazing how much work it takes to restore one of these beauties!

Rebecca, we just used a cellphone, nothing fancy, just a Samsung!
