Yes, You Can!
You can easily view listing activity such as price and status changes, that are categorized by MLS number. Also view a Days on Market (DOM) summary for active listings that includes Current DOM and Total DOM.

  1. From the Listing Detail, click Listing History.

It's good to see the MLS software of other markets--makes me appreciate ours more.  Our system has the listing history for the past 15 years, 20 years in some cities which is very helpful in learning more about the property my buyer wants to write on.  Agents should be careful though not to read into the data.  If a seller sold at bargain basement prices five years ago, it could have more to do with their personal finances than the condition of the property.
