Listing Agents are Still Playing Games . . . .
It's hard to explain to my buyers why the seller or listing agent is not responding to our offer. We write the offer, submit it by email, call the listing agent, send the listing agent a Txt to make sure they received the message since it's a holiday weekend. Finally after 30 hours I get a reply email stating that she spoke to the seller but doesn't know when they will be able to respond!
Today makes 70 hours with finally a response that says the seller couldn't open the email so we'll maybe tomorrow she will respond. Amazing in a bad market! I think the agent needs to go back to Ethics Training!!!
