Terrie, you live in one of the most beautiful places. My sister and brother-in-law spend a lot of time on Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia which some people are beginning to call the Tahoe of the East Coast. It's in the mountains and prices have sky rocketed even in this economy. $3,000,000 and up for mcmansions on the water.
