Oh man, it is  time to start thinking about goals for 2008 already! 

We use a business model that is based upon referral and it is a very successful system for us.  We farm certain geographic areas and we are certainly known as the neighborhood experts there.  We get good leads from our internet presence and are happy with our placement on the search engines (much to the chagrin of those trying to sell us placements and leads).  2007 is a phenomenal year for us - even in this changing real estate market. 

Our Goals for 2008 so far include:

• Integrating our systems
• Refining our Contact Management System
• Sharpening our Short Sales/Foreclosure Knowledge
• Redeveloping our Marketing Materials
• Creating a Standardized System for Marketing
• Increasing our Referral Business
• Developing our Regional Agent Network
• Developing our Extended/National Network
• Exploring Email Independence
• Reinventing our Web Presence
