I'm Buying Dinner, come along on a sellers gourmet of enticing property selling tips with the Luzerne County House Hunter, a.k.a  seller concierge.

                            Just to wet your appetite

The beginning of the home's entrance, speaks volumes of what we can expect throughout the tour of the home. All painted and primped, not only functional, but a glimpse of what more is to come. It's like sitting down to dinner not even aware that how hungry you were. The dish arrives and suddenly your feeling "I'm starved"

Ready for salad      The waitress arrives, clears the appetiser dish and sets before you a fluffed up salad. Vegetables are in a fancy array with carrot curls, and you are not only satisfied with the appearance, but the house dressing was one of the best you ever had. You look around this restaurant and the thought occurs that this is one of the best places to be.

We have entered the family room....

ahhhhh ~ The main course Everyone at the table is feeling comfortable and the conversation is running smoothly. A lot of smiles are being shared, and you are now about to be served the main course.  The waitress arrives and places before you the main meal. You look at the generous portion of food, wondering how can I possibly eat this all!

We have entered the kitchen... By now you are thinking this keeps getting better, and better!

                                    Desert, anyone?

A bit full now.... In fact dreamy. You are satisfied with the wonderful dinner. The waiter arrives to poor you coffee, and you sip slowly wanting to keep this pleasant conversation going.

You have just entered the master bedroom.... Ahhh it looks so inviting your little haven.

                      The desert arrives...

You are now finishing up the last nibble, and you are reminded of what a pleasant meal this was! You remember the appetiser, the salad, the main course, and the desert was the final compliment from the chef. You begin to collect your things, to go for a stroll before calling it a day.

A mental summery of all the delightful things you loved about the house.

Laughing giddily you go for your stroll, and take in the beautiful scenery. The grounds are kept so neatly, you can't help but admire the efforts of the grounds keeper, and your final thought is I love it here!

awe ~ To behold the back yard!
