Having no pictures is the same as driving without hands.  You are giving up a significant marketing advantage.

Buyers want photos...photos...photos.  They are not going to spend any time looking at anything without them unless it is some highly sought after neighborhood or they are stalking someone.

While the print media is dying the visual distinction of the internet is what is engaging the buyers.  They don't go for an information driven web-site...they go for the visual pleasing graphic interface and oh...the prettiest photos.

If there is anyone out there who can give me a reason to market without photos...I'd really like to hear it.   Even if the home you are marketing has no curb appeal...isn't it a disservice to the seller...as it will likely be passed over anyway by the buyer.  Beauty after all, is in the eye of the beholder.

This could be a much more interesting post if it had pictures.  I purposely don't have pictures...to "illustrate" the point.

Totally agree withe this one!  We're starting to rely heavily on photo tours around this part of the country!

Well said Yvette!  I'm the opposite of this illustration as I want to have PICTURES OF EVERYTHING!!  I have to use additional sites to advertise because 10 doesn't usually cut it!!

Gee whiz Yvette,

Do you have to just leave the barn door open? In a market with month's of inventory available, can't you just let the lazy agents continue? The rapid evolution from passing because there is no picture to passing because there are not multiple pictures to passing because there is no virtual tour is apparent to anyone that works with buyers.

Everybody notices that there is no picture, even the agents that weigh the importance of showing by checking the co-op being offered.

If you do not make visual information available in multiple formats, you are not providng modern, up to date service for your clients.

I would like to point out, pictures of the seller sitting on the couch are a bit too informal.
