How's the Real Estate Market?- Things are going well
A question I get asked quite often these days is How's the real estate market? My answer is, The market is slow, but I am doing well. I just sold this and that & listed this & that. I am doing well. The important message to get acroos is I am doing well so if you know anyone that needs help buying or selling a home this is my carreer & I can do well for them. Also you cannot say i MAY HAVE TO GET A 2ND JOB this is telling them you won't be devoting all your efforts to real estate. Negative remarks will only assure them you are falling, no one wants to work with a negative person they rather have a positive enthusiastic agent. What do you say when someone ask How's the real estate market?
