Free presentation software

Microsoft's Photo Story 3 can help you bring your digital photos to life. You can crop, rotate and touch up pictures, then compile them into a slideshow. A wide range of special effects (black and white, sepia, watercolor, etc) is available along with over 40 transitions including wipes, flips and curls. There are also pan and zoom options.

Titles and captions can be added to any photo. You can also include video, as well as a soundtrack with background music and narration. Once your story is complete, it can be viewed on a PC or mobile device with Windows Media Player, sent by email, or burned to a CD or DVD.

Photo Story 3 is available as a FREE download. The site also includes tips, a FAQ, and sample photo stories created with the software.

Jeff - I haven't seen this for sale in stores. The only distribution I know of is the free download.
