With the news that the sky is falling in the mortgage industry these past few weeks, the internet is full of advice.  Now is the time to rely on a professional team of agents and mortgage lenders.  Don't rely on the news or a realtor to make assumptions that you can't qualify for a loan, you may be missing out on the low rates that the market has produced this past week.  Qualified brokers such as John Robinson of Navigator Mortgage (john@navigator-mortgage.com) in Jacksonville or Sally Norcliffe with Wachovia (Sally.Norcliffe@Wachovia.com) in Jacksonville are prepared to assist you or your customers with the real deal, even if credit is an issue.

It is still a great time to buy a house.  Lots of inventory is available in the greater Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine, Florida region.  Take advantage of these low prices and great mortgage rates while they last!

For exceptional service and professionalism, hire us.  Bob and I are available to discuss your buying and selling needs and provide.  www.buyorsellwithjenandbob.com

P.S. If you don't want the truth, don't hire us!  We tell it like it is.

Jen,

I am sure you know there is no shortage of loan products available, just finding the right people to do them is tricky, I know how to write Mortgages, most that jumped in the business, still don't know what they are doing, it was easy, take it B/C hand it to your processor and you get paid.. Now they are all looking for new Jobs..

Take Care,

Jen... I agree with Matt.  Sure, the sky fell on those types of programs that allowed many buyers to buy, that probably weren't 100% ready to buy as of yet. That is a 50/50 debate. But overall, I have been doing this for 15 years and there are still your basic conventional programs and definitely FHA, which has always been an awesome means of financing.

Opportunities abound...but it takes an informed professional to help customers through the bad news and hysteria the press has created (and continues to create).  I like what you said "Now is the time to rely on a professional team of agents and mortgage lenders".  Couldn't be more true!
