Nice tour!  I love properties like this!  Great detailed woodwork!  I had one once very similar to this (mine didn't have a nice updated kitchen like this one) that I sold to Palmer College students that they are still enjoying today.

This house is going back on the market but the seller still hasn't returned the documents!  I'm waiting with baited breath.

I'm with all of you about the wood.  I love the character and no matter how hard new homes try to replicate it, it just isn't the same.
