     Here is this weeks tip about referrals from past cliernts and this is HUGE in real estate. After coming from a settlement earlier today, I can reafirm that settlement is NOT the best time to ask for a referral...

I have  teams of agents who have combined their resources to dominate online and it is a very effective model.  The agen team becomes their own lead generation service.  By reaching ou tin this way, you are doing what you must to get cleints and referrals, and building another valuable preperty online, which may eventually be worht more than the underlying business.
