There was this agent in an office I had worked in that worried about every detail.  While it is a good thing to make sure all the bases are covered she carried it to the extreme.  I'm not joking when I say she would go from one agent to another showing them the contract and getting their input about it.  Do you worry too much about the small things?  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

James - not that I worry,but I do stress about getting everything right. I never want to make a mistake or oversight that costs my client money or puts them in the wrong position. Call me old fashioned! (or maybe just thorough!) :)

Not a good idea to be showing a contract to others in the office, when someone else could be writing an offer on that home. Happens more often than not. Over stressing can give someone health issues, I hope she loosens up soon. or is that her personality?
