I'm doing an introduction to Social Media for my office later this morning. I'm introducing Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linked In & Active Rain.  I was wondering what most REALTORS use most frequently. I've been a user of all of the above for quite a while and I need to think like a newcomer who's technologically challenged.  Any ideas? What are some of the things you value most from social media?

I think the baby boomers are going to be more technologically challenged as other have grown up with it.  I personally use Facebook and Active Rain.  I still don't have a grasp on Twitter, LinkedIn & You Tube, even though I have been on the sites before and probably a registered user.
