Jarod.. What I like best about this home is the diningroom area. It is so charming.
Kristin.. With how it was looking before, and now, it is day and night. This is an ideal place for someone that is looking to own a home in the same price range as condos... but here you don't have to worry about condo fees.

Wanda.. That is the appropriate word "Cottagey". I think I will use that in the description. It is very charming and for all of this at the price of $154,900 how can one go wrong?
