What other options are there at 100% for clients that were seeking this type of loan. Wanted to network with some other loan officers that may have a solution for the new guidelines.

Yeah...one of my buyer clients is having trouble getting financed right now.  700+ credit score, 10% down, many compensating factors...but Stated Income.  We'll find out Monday if it goes through Underwriter.

Try Suntrust they have a Stated Program that requires 5% down and I believe a score of 700 or higher. Give me a call and I can give you my contact person if needed.DML
