I was talking to a short sale seller today and it dawned on me. I need this Tracy CA short sale sellers to HELP ME, so that I can HELP YOU.

Often I wonder if I want to HELP YOU (the Tracy short sale seller) more than you (the Tracy Short Sale Seller) want to HELP YOU.

A short sale is an oxymoron when it pertains to the amount of time it will take to accomplish a successful short sale.

Short sales take more time to complete than any other type of transaction. I need you the short sale seller to stay committed to the process. I need you to HELP ME so I can HELP YOU.

How can you, the seller of a short sale home in Tracy, CA help me? I need updated checking account statements monthly, I need updated pay stubs as you receive them, I need you to maintain the property (the contract requires it). These are just a few things I need from a person who wants to short sale their home.

You can expect an approval in 2- 6 months depending on many factors: Do you have a 1st and 2nd loan? What bank your loan is with? Do you have Mortgage Insurance? The negotiator that is assigned to your account. There are SO many factors that contribute to a short sale being successfully completed.
