Four Mile Canyon Fire Relief Center Volunteers
Today, there is a drop off center located at 3111 28th Street in Boulder. If you are thinking about making a donation; items are very much still needed.
Items needed included all types of clothing for babies through adult, diapers, paper products, bath products, personal hygiene items, bedding, toys, and school supplies.
Our Keller Williams office has been participating all day at the relief site, receiving donations, and sorting them into the appropriate bins so they can be taken to the distribution centers where fire victims can pick them up.
The morning started out slowly with lots of volunteers assembling boxes, setting up sorting tables, and getting organized. However, when the donations started coming in there was much to do. By noon the activity level had picked up significantly and there was much to do for the many volunteers where were giving of their time.
The center will be open until 10:00 tonight.
