Scotch Plains New Jersey's Monthly Residential Property Market Analysis - May 2007

There were 255 single family homes on the market in May, with an average list price of $681,789. 73 properties came on the market during the month with an average list price of $669,386. 30 properties went under contract with an average list price of $535,318. 28 properties closed in the month with an average sales price of $532,321.
