Every day...more and more...I am finding that conventional sources of Real Estate data are not current or accurate. Some take data and repeat it not realizing the harm that they contribute due to misinformation. Not so on ActiveRain.....live reporting, sharing and exchange...rules the day

Richie, Nicely said. There are so many benefits to being part of the ActiveRain Community it would be hard to make a list for me. Blogging and interacting with the many stellar professionals truly gave me my "voice" back and energized my admittedly flagging passion for the mortgage industry....my career are really in "depression mode" and ActiveRain certainly became the healthiest anti-depressant on the the market. The wealth of technical knowledge that is freely shared is priceless (okay, perhaps not priceless....there are any number of companies willing to take a lot of my bucks to increase my SEO!...here I get it for the taking!). Not meant as pandering to the audience, but I truly believe some of the best of the best (in all branches of the real estate process) are active here...and I get to share and experience their authenticity at my leisure and in my bunny slippers.

I actually find it rather interesting when loan officers and real estate agents respond to my invitation to join AR with "I want to develop my online presence but I have no interest in talking to others in my field." I am very grateful that I found ActiveRain.

GG...if this is fine music and dining...well book me for the year.....and play on. It is not often you find something that exceed your expectations. Meeting them is a thrill, but exceeding them...?
